I took pictures of TOKYO SKYTREE and Sumida-gawa River and Tobu Railway and "Yakatabune"（Night View） in Sumida Ward, Tokyo.
"YAKATABUNE" is Traditional Cruising Japanese Style.
This time I took pictures with a tripod from Sumida Park along the Sumida-gawa River.
動画の場合はF値を開放絞りにしてISO6400程度にしないと光量が足らず。 静止画の場合は長時間露光。 三脚を使用していても、東武鉄道が来るたびに若干ぶれるような。 屋形船、鉄道、水面の反射光に引っ張られる場面も。

I started shooting from the north side of the Tobu Railway, F6.3、3 seconds、ISO800。 This picture is much brighter than the actual brightness.

F4、1 second、ISO400。 I moved to the opposite side（south side） of Tobu Railway and photographed.

F7.1、5 seconds、ISO200。 The train enters Tobu Asakusa Station at a very slow speed. It is easy to physically shoot. However, a lot of couples are looking at the night view, and it is difficult to take a picture psychologically.
The night view seems to be more beautiful by slightly correcting the color.
