I took pictures of "Marine Lantern Festival（Umi no hi Matsuri）in Odaiba 2016". It was held at Odaiba Marine Park [Odaiba Kaihin Koen] in Minato Ward, Tokyo.
"Creating a ground picture" and "lighting up the lamp" were held as "20th anniversary of the TOKYO WATER FRONT CITY（Rinkai Fukutoshin）" and "75th anniversary of the port of Tokyo". The illumination from 18:30 to 10 pm., and it is lit for 2 consecutive days.
The night scene metadata is for comparing image roughness. I use a tripod, but as the children fly around and they are transmitted to the scaffolding, it will shake if exposed for a long time.
