At Tokyo Michi Terrace, we can not go back and forth freely, and we have to move along the route. Urban illumination events are supported by a large number of staff and policemen.
It's possible to approach only to here because fences are installed.
It is difficult to take a picture slowly because there are too many people. It is very cold when the wind blows at night.
